Refund Policy

Returns must be done within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging and with the receipt for a refund or exchange. Defective items may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund. A refund request may be denied if the item was used, installed, damaged, not in its original packaging or no receipt presented. A valid form of ID is required for all returns or exchanges.

Electrical items are not eligible for returns after 7 days of the date purchase. If installed, electrical items would not be accepted for a return. If the packaging has been opened or damaged items will not be accepted for a return.

All Gift Card sales are final. Any item purchased with a Gift Card can only be returned for an exchange, subject to the above return policy terms.

Special Orders returned or cancelled are subjected to a 25% restocking fee and dependent on the above return policy terms.

All returns will have a pick-up fee in line with the shipping rate for that item, see shipping rates.

ADIAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF CONDITION OR RECEIPT.
