These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the adiaM Trading Limited website and the purchase of MG auto parts and accessories through our platform. By accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not continue to use this website.

1. Definitions

The following terminology applies throughout these Terms and all related agreements:

  • "Client", "You", "Your" — the person accessing this website and purchasing goods from adiaM Trading Limited.
  • "The Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — adiaM Trading Limited, a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago.
  • "Goods" — MG vehicle parts and accessories sold and delivered by adiaM Trading Limited.
  • "Order" — a request placed by You to purchase Goods from the Company.

All terms may be used in singular or plural form and are to be read as interchangeable where the context requires.

2. Products and Orders

adiaM Trading Limited specialises in the sale and island-wide delivery of genuine and compatible MG vehicle parts and accessories. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Minor variations in appearance may occur. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the part is compatible with their specific vehicle model before placing an order.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

adiaM Trading Limited accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment
  • Linx (Point-of-Sale Debit)

Full payment is required before dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. adiaM Trading Limited reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment has been confirmed and cleared.

5. Delivery

We offer island-wide delivery across Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, stock availability, and logistics factors outside our control. adiaM Trading Limited is not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Electrical components and special-order items are non-returnable.
  • adiaM Trading Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Parts sold by adiaM Trading Limited are supplied subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. adiaM Trading Limited makes no additional representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any part for a particular purpose beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Installation of parts is the sole responsibility of the Customer or their appointed mechanic.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, adiaM Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of goods sold through this website, including but not limited to vehicle damage resulting from incorrect installation or use of parts.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with customers. adiaM Trading Limited does not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order or comply with applicable law. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

adiaM Trading Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website and shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
